Each lie is an exact quote that you read in an email or the minutes or a handout or a memo they sent. Some of the lies are kind of trivial and some are really major. The major ones, in some cases, constitute Breaches of Fiduciary Duty and/or violate our Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation or amount to fraud.

The sheer number and frequency of the lies this board tells the members is staggering. Why lie about small things and things that hardly matter? If you ask the board a pointed question or one that makes them uncomfortable, their first impulse is to lie. If they screw up, they will lie rather than admit a mistake. If they want to talk you into something they will simply make something up.

People lie from time to time. I told my dentist I floss every day and I don't. But I am not a fiduciary. A fiduciary is not permitted to lie. I think Wynset co-owners should have zero-tolerance concerning lies from board members. It's your Association, your home, your money. They have no business lying about anything, ever.

If you visited the pages above, surely you must be disgusted. I have just shown you a mountain of mendacity and a policy of prevarication. I'm an old man. I worked for nearly 50 years and I never encountered a committee or a clique as prone to lying as the Bonnallie board at Wynset. I know some of the lies are trivial. To me, they are most telling. Whether the subject is momentous or trivial, this board chooses lying as their preferred way of doing business.
