Some remarks on
the July 18 memo from the board on Amenities
For some reason the board has decided to convince you that Wynset "has no amenities". Weird. It's part of their campaign to disparage the Master Deed. Also weird. The real point here is not whether Wynset has a golf course or not (we don't), but why do they make up crap like they wrote in their letter? Why do they so frequently attempt to mislead you?
